"... Following your excellent Homebuyer Survey and its recommendations, the vendors undertook a CCTV drainage survey. The news was not good – as you suspected. Several pitch fibre pipes, one of which needs digging out and replacing and another which needs relining. Total cost of works approximately £10k which will take a working week to achieve."
